Kat or the Kate in Sophistikate is the store owner with over a decades experience in the lingerie industry.Kat's first experience of bra fitting was as a YTS at Hammond's way back in 1990, after a break to have her children Kat was delighted when she applied for a job at Debenhams and was placed on the Lingerie department.During her time at Debenhams Kat was trained to a high standard in all aspects of bra fitting including Mastectomy, teen and maternity fittings.After the closure of Debenhams Kat spent the next two years working for Sensh on Princes Avenue an independent bra boutique, the store closed suddenly in 2022.After her time at Sensh Kat then spent two years as co owner of Platino Lingerie until the business as it was, was dissolved in July 2024.Kat then went on to open Sophistikate Lingerie in July 2024.Kat goes above and beyond to help every lady who visits her store
